Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Everly, the AI assistant for small businesses provided at get-everly.com("Everly", "the service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Everly you agree to these terms. If you are using Everly on behalf of a business, you agree on that business's behalf.
1. The service
Everly is an AI assistant that helps run a small business: answering questions, drafting and (with your approval) sending emails, managing calendar events, creating documents and spreadsheets, and remembering your business context. Everly is currently offered as an early-access (alpha/beta) product: features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve it.
2. Accounts
You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in to your Everly workspace. Tell us promptly at hello@helloeverly.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. AI outputs and the approval queue
- Everly generates content with artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Review what Everly produces before relying on it — especially anything sent to customers, scheduled on your calendar, or used for legal, financial, or medical decisions.
- Consequential actions (sending email, booking or changing events, creating documents) execute only after you approve them in "Needs your OK". Approving an action is your instruction to perform it, and you are responsible for actions you approve.
4. Your content
You own the content you bring to Everly — your business information, documents, conversations, and anything Everly produces for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: to store, process (including with AI models), and display that content to you and your team. We do not sell your content, use it for third-party advertising, or use your Google user data to train generalized AI models. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Connected services
Connecting Google (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs) is optional and governed by the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time in Settings or via your Google Account. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Everly to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights;
- send spam or deceptive communications;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or other tenants' data;
- probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or resell it without our agreement.
7. Fees
Everly is currently free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you will be able to choose whether to continue.
8. Disclaimers
Everly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Early-access software will have bugs and interruptions; we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of Everly. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of CAD $100 and the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You can stop using Everly and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Sections 4, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario. If we change these terms materially, we will update this page and note the new date; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
